MACHINERY

Our injection machines range from 400 tons down to 50 ton machines, computer controlled as well as relay controls, numbering 15 in all to cater to large production runs as well as ensuring a variety of products at any given time. Our blow molding equipment consists of 5 liter 5 point parison control double station machines down to single station 20 ml manual machine, numbering 12, again allowing us the flexibility to produce a wide range of products in large capacities to provide for the high volume customers, as well as small, complex products for the small yet demanding customers.

Our rotation molding machines range from 24 inch plate diameter to 60 inch plate diameter horizontal and vertical carousels, along with off-set arms to allow for large and small articles such as specialty drums, plastic petrol tanks, chemical tanks and a variety of PVC articles. Traditionally, we have employed our high frequency machine in the production of inflatable toys, but being versatile in nature, can be catered to produce stationery and medical utility products.

Our working team comprises full time engineers dedicated to production along with shift in charge and supervisors looking after production on a 24 hour basis. Our Quality Assurance department is headed by highly qualified and dedicated professionals who are careful to the minutest of details and requirement of the discerning customers. Our total labour strength numbers are over 75 workers who are mostly educated women and our management staff number close to 20 individuals.
